Neighbours on three sides and a seaview on the fourth were determining factors for the orientation and experience of this single-family house. Several aspects lend the house its distinctive character: the yellow brick, a large, round window, and a terrace on the roof. Round columns support loggias, and at the back, there is a sunken courtyard. The stairs leading down to the courtyard have been turned forty-five degrees, breaking the symmetry of the façades.
