The project serves as an architectural cornerstone of the urban landscape, featuring distinctive brick façades varied through different shades and glazes. The buildings' sculptural form follows the natural stepping of the terrain and is adorned with rounded balconies that bring the façades to life while opening the homes towards the surrounding nature and the sea.

Through generous entrance levels with high ceilings and solid materials such as stone and ceramics, a welcoming and prestigious environment is created for the more than 200 apartments.

Each home is carefully designed with a focus on natural light, expansive views, and timeless material choices like wood and stone to ensure high living quality over time. The courtyard is designed as a continuous natural park following the landscape's slope, offering residents a platform for both social interaction and recreation in a green setting. The goal is to create a climate-smart and aesthetically durable block where the architecture ages gracefully while strengthening both urban life and the connection to the landscape.
